Enjoy an extraordinary presentation of oysters and other DelicaSEAS from Chef Jason Avery. Arrive early for an Oyster Hour where ultra-premium East & West Coast oysters will be served raw, on the half shell and paired with Champagne and Spirited Pearls. Then be seated and treated to 5 courses, taking you on a journey from Tidal Creek to Open Ocean, featuring shellfish and fin fish from each habitat. Each course will be paired with fine wines and guests will be guided through the journey by Chef Avery and Master Mermmelier & New York Oyster Week founder Kevin Joseph.
